Last December a little elf (named Elroy) showed up at the Sampson Home with presents for the 25 days of Christmas! Let me give you a little history-Every morning the elf hides in a special place, (such as hanging from the ceiling fan, OR our freezer,it's cold in there like the North Pole! (and one day he was in our car fixing to go for a drive.) You never know where that little elf might appear. The presents are all wrapped up by the fireplace, and if for some reason the boys are bad-NO PRESENTS FOR THAT DAY! By the way...these presents include little items like a snow globe, Jingle Bells, and when they are bad-they opened up ELF POOP! YUCK!
Just the other day the boys asked "MOMMA, is that elf coming to visit?" I told them I didn't know and hopefully he would! I'm hoping he comes REAL SOON because their behavior has not been the greatest lately! Hopefully Elroy will be a great incentive for these rambunctious boys!

We have that little elf, too! We did not get him until mid-way through Christmas, so I am excited to surprise the girls with him. I think he will be waiting on us after we return from our trip to East Tn for Thanksgiving.
That is cute! We may have to see if Santa can send one of his elves to our house! :-)It might be a good reminder that Santa's watching!!
