A Favorite Things Party!

A few of us girls got together over the holidays and celebrated with a "Favorite Things Party!"  This was something new and it turned out to be a lot of Fun.  Everyone brought 5 of their favorite things (Limit $6 a gift) and gave them to 5 names that you draw.  We got nail polish, kitchen utencils, candles, ornaments.... it had to be an item that "you" liked.  Guess what I brought "5" of and gave away.....hint hint....I cannot live without it every morning----COFFEE!!!  It was fun to open up all the little gifts and we all left with some neat things.  I definitely see us having another party like this next year!

Me & Hank

Me & Leslie

Our beautiful town square at night during December.

Each stocking had a branch name on it hanging on the mantle.

Patriot Bank hosted the Christmas Party in Covington this year at the Chamber Center.  We spent months working on the party with all the decorations, food and entertainment.  We all had a blast!

My Patriotic Tree

Patriot Bank participated in the Festival of Trees this year.  We usually try to decorate our tree in "THEME" with where we work!  Everyone would come by and pay $1 to vote for the best tree and the proceeds went to the Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center.  I was very nervous because I am so used to decorating a traditional tree-well let's just say I went out on a limb on this one.  This tree turned into Uncle Sam!  There are Christmas lights shining thru his eyes....Looks a little freaky-but we won 1st place in Business Trees.  I was shocked!  I'm already trying to come up with something for next year.  LOL!
